Terms of Service

The short version

Jam Picks is a free game for predicting live setlists - currently covering Phish, Dogs in a Pile, and The Disco Biscuits - run by fans for fans. No money changes hands, nothing is wagered, and no prizes are awarded - bragging rights only.

The rules

• Be a decent human. Offensive usernames, aliases, or board names get removed.
• One account per person - it plays every band here. Don't game the game.
• The site is provided as-is, with no warranty. It may go down, break, or lose data - hopefully it won't, but it's a hobby project.
• Accounts may be removed at the operators' discretion.

Affiliation

Jam Picks is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any band it covers, their management, or their labels. Setlist and song data comes from the phish.net API (a project of the non-profit Mockingbird Foundation) for Phish, go-set.net for Dogs in a Pile, and the Biscuits Internet Project (discobiscuits.net) for The Disco Biscuits. All trademarks belong to their owners.
